Charleston Bareboat Charters LLC retains the right to terminate this contract for the following reasons, including but not limited to, unsafe or inappropriate boat usage, illegal usage, inclement and emergency weather that require hauling the boat, negligent behavior, damage to the vessel. Pro-rated reimbursements will only be available for inclement and emergency weather that require hauling the boat. This decision remains solely at the discretion of Charleston Bareboat Charters LLC. Charleston Bareboat Charters LLC is not liable for damage caused to private or commercial property.
